Observed food stored on floor of walk in cooler, walk in freezer, liquor and wine on floor in liquor cabinets and vegetable shortening on floor by dry storage area. Please store all food 6" off the floor at all times. (750.120) Immediate/Onsite
Observed a bowl being used to dispense corn meal in kitchen by pizza prep area and a plastic cup being used to dispense bread crumbs on dry good storage shelves. Please provide a proper scoop with handle for dispensing all food. Store scoop in food with handle presented. (750.280) Immediate/Onsite
15  Observed the following non-food contact surfaces to be improper: 1. torn gasket on refrigerator in bar; 2. rust on metal shelves by pizza oven; 3. chemical shelves are raw, unsealed wood; 4. liquor shelves are raw, unsealed wood; 5. chipped wood on dry good storage shelves; 6. upright vegetable freezer by office needs defrosting; Please provide for all non-food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, corrosive free and non-absorbent. Repair, replace, reseal - reseal with either an epoxy or polyurethane. (750.690) Next Inspection
